I run workshops with groups covering a range of subjects with a psychological or emotional component.

Have you been made redundant?
Do you feel overwhelmed by your current circumstances?
Do you want to find a new perspective on your approach to finding employment?
We are running a series of one day workshops in London to help individuals who wish to consider how to use redundancy as an opportunity to move forward with strength and confidence and to avoid making a stress based or panic response.
Highly qualified and experienced facilitators will run a one day workshop to help you think about your next steps. You will explore the issues, dynamics and dilemmas evoked by redundancy and learn how to challenge negative thought and behaviour patterns. We will provide you with some practical tools to help you move forward.
Topics include:
“The crisis cycle of redundancy” - how it works and how to break it.
“Change” - why it’s difficult and how to overcome the fear and the anxiety it can trigger.
“Redundancy as an Opportunity” - how to develop a mindset that allows you to consider options that may seem out of reach or hard to contemplate.
By the end of the day, you will have new ways to approach the search for a job, be reinvigorated to consider options that feel beyond the bounds of possibility, will have a clearer understanding of the emotional impact of redundancy and feel better equipped to deal with the consequences of change.
Each workshop is run by experienced psychodynamic counsellors who can help identify patterns of behaviour as well as provide some very practical tools in your search for new work.
The next workshop will be held in West London close to Westbourne Park Tube station on Friday 10 July at from 10.30-4. The cost is £65.
